Hidden in the heart of Hot Springs, NC, Magnolia House Estate is a private, 3-acre, family-owned estate that is just perfect for small destination weddings. Once the manor house of Hot Springs, the Magnolia House is a fully restored, Victorian-era home that sits amidst tall trees, manicured gardens, and unbeatable mountain views.
The beauty of this place lends itself to magical, reunion-style gatherings that feel bespoke,
timeless, luxurious & easeful. On the privacy of the property you feel the quiet beauty of nature & the mountains.
While just a few minutes walk away there’s the Appalachian Trail, the French
Broad River and the quaint town of Hot Springs.

Venue Rental
When you rent the estate, it becomes yours to enjoy privately for your event. Our space is ideal for groups who want to gather for an event - think family reunion, some sort of retreat or to celebrate one of life's milestone events such as a wedding or a big birthday. The estate provides lodging for up to 20 guests in 10 bedrooms and we hold space for events of up to 40 guests. A minimum three-night stay is required.

Magnolia House has an outdoor covered pavilion with farm tables and cross back chairs for an event for up to 30 guests. Available late April - first weekend in November.
Winter rentals of the estate involve smaller groups who come to gather in our indoor spaces. It's possibly to have an indoor elopement or retreat with catered meal for up to 14 guests during our winter months.
If you decided to book with us, your will receive our curated of list of highly recommended vendors. If you'd prefer to select your own vendor team, that works too, provided those vendors meet our venue requirements.

The Accommodations
For much of your stay the estate becomes yours to enjoy privately with your loved ones. When you arrive on property, everything is prepared and ready for a seamless self-check-in. The estate is yours to enjoy until the Magnolia House team arrive on property on event day to help with all the details.
There are 2 homes on the estate providing lodging for up to 20 guests total in 10 bedrooms.
Magnolia House sleeps up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms & 6.5 bathrooms. The chef’s kitchen is also yours to use & stock so that you can enjoy full use of the home as your own.
